The Britich Conectioners' Association

The BCA is a body of practising flour confectioners. It is a craft organisation and plays no part in trade politics or in negotiation or discussions with official bodies. Membership is by individual and not by firm. It is limited to 60 ordinary members who are elected once a year by postal ballot. By tradition a quarter come from Scotland.

Craft Bakers Association

Represents the interests of the Craft Baking Industry in England and Wales.

The Worshipful Company of Bakers

The Worshipful Company of Bakers has been in existence for over 800 years and is the second oldest guild in London behind that of weavers.

The Flour Advisory Bureau

The Flour Advisory Bureau (FAB) has, since 1956, been providing information on all matters relating concerning flour and bread in the UK to the public, media, schools, health professionals, the catering, retailing and baking trade.

The Food and Drink Federation

The Food and Drink Federation (FDF) is the voice of the UK food and drink manufacturing industry. FDF promotes the industry's views and works to build consumer confidence in the food chain as a whole.
